SUMMARY

There are almost all natural predispositions that the Republic of Srpska can become one of the most important agricultural producer and exporter of health food (ground, quantity and quality, climate, human factor, scientific approach, etc.).

The rural population at the hill and mountin villages decreases every day, the population in the town increases, agricultural active population decreases and agrd rural structure be- comes unfavorable. The unfavorable development of the villages can be stoped by the ration and smart politic of the rural development and biggrer investment of the rural infrastructure, and thc quantity and quality of the agricultural production can be insured as it is in the plain (lowland) area of the Republic of Srpska. The possibilities of the agricultural productions in compuration with worlcl and Europe makes the benefits for the Republic of Srpska.
