SUMMARY

In this scan work; the possibility of seed production is explained based on natural resources, staff potential and current infrastructure. The analysis of production and the need for seed in Republika Srpska has been carried out with adequate table data view.

The review of legal regulationshas been made, with reference to the most significant element in every regulation act. It emphasizes the lack of some legal acts as well as the importance of alustment of domestic to international regulation.

After analysing resources and law documents, there are the conclusions that can bc scen as a proposal of the conditions in seed production.
