SUMMARY

The possibilities for increased production o winter wheat in Republic of Srpska are considered in the work. The problems in current production are emphasized as well as the models for improving of production; introduction and production of new wheat varieties with high genetic potential on yield, planting of certified seed, fertilizing, pesticide-application.
