Pomološko-tehnološke osobine plodova sorti leske u agroekološkim uslovima istočne Srbije

    SUMARRY

     

    This study shows the investigation results of the pomologically-technological characteristics of 24 cultivars of hazelnut trees. The average fruit coarsness is 25,5x18,2x16,3 mm, while the average nut coarsness is 16,0x12,lx10,7 mm. The fiuit rouhdness index is averagely 0,77, while the nut roundness index is 0,71. The fruits mass is averagely 2,38 (1,68-3,37), the nut mass is 1,03 g (0,66-1,29) and the nut content is 43,3% (33,8-52,9 %). The mineral matter content is 2,4 % (2,2-3,0%), the  raw proteins content 15,2 % (13,6-17,6 %) and the oil content is 65,5 % (55,3-73,7 %). The obtained results are of significance when making choice of cultivars for cultivating in the region of Eastern Serbia, as well as in other regions with similar or more favourable agroecological conditions.
