SUMMARY

Plowmas production depends on many factors scientific farming: land structure, tand fertility, land tretment, fertilizing, choosing appropriate sorts and hybrids, planting, antiweeds, disease and pest,s protection, using of modern mechanization and artificial irrigation. Next important factors arc climate: rainfall, air and land temperature, the durability of frostless period and relative air humidity.

Manufactures can exert direct influence on scientific farming factors but, on the other side, influence on climate factors is very limited. Therefore manufactures should adopt themselvers to ecisting climate factors, using, appropriate scientific faming methods. All mentioned methods individually have very weak influecne on drought, they are much cheaper comparing to irrigation and they can be applied on much wider area than irrigation.
