Antocijani pokožice ploda sorte jabuke krstovača

    SUMMARY

     

    The research was based on fruit of aplle krstovaca located in the area Bijelo Polje, Babic Breg. The cell contents and arrangement of antocyans was examited by apllying histological methods whereas the qualitative analysis of the antocyans was performed by the method of thin layer chromatography.

    Concerning percetage of cells containing antocyan, it has been found that the epideris of apple cultivar Krstovaca contains 42% of the cells subepidermis 38% whereas the third layer contained no cells antocyans. On the basis of Rf values calculated, it has been found that the prevailing antocyan is cyanidin 3 - galactoside, while second antocyde, found in traces, is cyanidin 3 - arabinoside.
