Tehnološka vrijednost ploda u odabranih biotipova drijena (Cornus mas L.) sa područja Bijelog Polja

    SUMMARY

     

    The quality if each fruit specified for consume or producer examines through contains fruit sugar, acidietes, and mineral, aromatic, tinge materials, pectin or other substances. For these reasons fruit or cornel has very big technological value, which is used for eating in fresh condition and for different forms of produce. The results of examinations chemical composition of fruit selected biotypes of cornel in period from 1996 to 1998 from area of Bijelo Polje. The results of examinations shoved that experimented biotypes are different in contain of water, dry matter, the whole acidities, ash, the whole reductable sugar, saccharin, calcium - pectin and vitamin C. In the high contain of the whole sugar (12,96 %), saccharin (8,27 %), reductable sugar (4,46 %) and pectin matter (1,18 %), genotype BP 22/96 it can be recommend. From the techno - economical point in industry production the advantage is always given to sorts with more dry matter. In fruits biotype, BP 13/96 contents dissolved dry matters (24%) is very high so that can be used for different kind of production and for consumption biotype BP 21/96 with 15,17 % dry matter. The whole acidities were the most in biotype BP 33/96 3,70 %. The richest with vitamin C is biotype BP 41/96 29,28 mg/100g.
